Yes. On Friday, we will have shuttles running from the hotels to the welcome party. On Saturday, the shuttles will bring guests to the venue for the ceremony. Shuttles will start making return trips to the hotels at 10pm and run until 1am. Please check back closer to the date for specific shuttle pick up times.

Please keep in mind that Ubers are scarce.

If you plan on driving to the Ceremony on Saturday, please let us know as parking is limited at Deer Mountain Inn.

Yes! There will be appetizers (think popcorn chicken, meatballs, sliders, and potato pancakes). If you're looking for something more formal for dinner beforehand, please see our restaurant recommendations on the Restaurants & Activities page.

The attire for the welcome party on Friday is Diner Cocktail - elevated casual looks with a relaxed, Catskills vibe. Think nice night out, not formal. In Wilson's words, "party shirts." Feel free to reach out to him with any questions.

For the wedding ceremony & reception, the attire is formal (suits and mid to long dresses). Summer colors and prints are encouraged, dancing shoes are required :)

Most of the event will be on grass so block heels are encouraged. Temperatures may dip at night so shawls/wraps are encouraged.

Due to capacity constraints, you may only bring a date if that person was included on your invitation.

Kids are welcome to join us at Phoenicia Diner on Friday night for the Welcome Party, but the Wedding Ceremony & Reception is adults only.

We strongly encourage you to stay at one of the hotels as there is no Uber in the area. If you do opt for an AirBnb, please make sure you either have a designated driver or it is walkable to one of the hotels.
