West Kill Brewing

Our favorite brewery!

Mountain Top Arboretum

Just down the road from Deer Mountain Inn, a 178-acre public garden filled with meadows, forests, and winding walking trails.

Explore Woodstock

The town of Woodstock is quicky and charming. About a 30 minute drive from Tannersville, you'll find shopping, galleries, live music, and good bars and restaurants.

The Ashokan Rail Trail

Right along Route 28, this 11-mile gravel rail skirts the Ashokan Reservoir. It’s one of our favorite spots for a long walk and would be a great option for a bike ride.

Hikes

Overlook Mountain Trailhead: Challenging, but the views are worth it!

Kaaterskill Falls Trail: Tannersville's famous waterfall and the tallest waterfall in NY.
